Luton boss Mike Newell has attempted to draw a line under the row over his comments about assistant referee Amy Rayner - but refuse to retract his opinions concerning female officials.Speaking for the first time since he was "severely reprimanded" by the Hatters board over his comments following last weekend´s defeat by QPR, Newell revealed he had apologised for a second time to Rayner over the phone, and also insisted his position at the club remains secure.Luton on Wednesday issued a statement in which they insisted any repetition of such an outburst would not be tolerated, but Newell insists he is entitled to voice his opinions, although the man who earlier this year brought bung-taking back into the spotlight added he may "count to 10" before airing any more controversial thoughts.
