Luton boss Mike Newell has pledged to stay at the club despite the departure of leading players.Striker Steve Howard joined Derby last week, midfielder Kevin Nicholls is poised to sign for Leeds, and the Hatters have rejected a bid from local rivals Watford for winger Carlos Edwards. But Newell - who has been linked with a number of managerial positions since guiding the club to 10th in the Championship last term - insisted he was not about to follow suit."I have made my decision and I am staying here, so people who are worrying about that don´t need to worry any more," Newell said. "I need to sit down with the board of directors when I get back."
