Luton administrator Brendan Guilfoyle has announced that a deal has been agreed with the Nick Owen-fronted consortium to buy the troubled League One club.The troubled Hatters are hoping to tie up a deal with group led by the former breakfast television presenter."We are now in a position to assess the sale of the football club, subject to approval, to the Luton Town FC consortium which includes Nick Owen," Guilfoyle told Sky Sports News.
