Lincoln have extended Anthony Pulis' loan spell from Southampton until the new year.

The midfielder, son of Stoke boss Tony, joined on an initial one-month deal but has impressed boss Chris Sutton enough to extend the loan.

The 25-year-old has made five appearances during his stay at the League Two club and will now remain at Sincil Bank until January 7.

Pulis, who has yet to play for Saints since joining in August 2008, featured in the Imps side which beat AFC Telford 3-1 in the FA Cup first round on Saturday.
