Rotherham have no fresh injury or suspension concerns for the visit of promotion rivals Bournemouth.

The postponement of Saturday's clash against Macclesfield has given Gavin Gunning, who was hoping to return at the weekend, time to undertake more training sessions following his recovery from a dead leg.

But it remains to be seen whether boss Ronnie Moore will opt to start the Blackburn loanee or restore Dale Tonge to the the starting line-up.

Paul Warne and Andy Liddell are still not ready to return as they battle against their respective foot and Achilles injuries.

The Millers, who will be looking to claim their third successive league win, lost 1-0 at Bournemouth when the two sides met back in August.

The ground staff are working overtime to try and ensure the pitch is in the best possible condition and the club remain hopeful the game will be played.

Bournemouth are sweating on the fitness of Marvin Bartley ahead of the game.

The defender faces a race against time to be fit after suffering damage to his calf and shin during Saturday's 2-1 win over Crewe.

Boss Eddie Howe is hopeful Bartley could feature, but if he fails to make it the Cherries, who are still under a transfer embargo, may seek special dispensation from the Football League to allow them to sign a player.

With games coming thick and fast, Howe may opt to rest Steve Fletcher, which could mean a starting role for Jeff Goulding.

But Warren Cummings misses out as he serves the second game of his three-match ban, while Scott Guyett faces four to six weeks on the sidelines with a knee problem.

Bournemouth may again be unable to name a full bench as Sammy Igoe (ankle), Joe Partington (back), Mark Molesley (foot) and Shaun Cooper (hip) remain unavailable.
