Aldershot defender Andy Sandell has revealed that he expects to be out for around a month with his knee injury.
The left-back sustained the problem nine minutes from the end of the 1-1 draw with Port Vale on Saturday and is beginning his rehabilitation.
He said: "It wasn't a clever injury and it's a shame really because I was enjoying the game even though we were not playing particularly well."
He added: "I was getting plenty of the ball but I went in for a block tackle and it opened up my knee.
"The doctor had a look at it and I could be out for at least a month."
