Accrington have made 1000 shares in the club available to supporters in a bid to assist their battle against closure.
The League Two side have eight days to pay a £308,000 tax bill or risk going out of business and have embarked on a number of fundraising events as a result.
Their current total of £108,961 is set to be boosted by an injection of cash from the club's board, while the Crown Ground hierarchy hope that by selling off a 10% stake in the club to its supporters will take them to their target.
