Grimsby Town striker Danny North claimed his side suffered a hard luck story as they slipped to their third straight defeat.
It is looking bleak for Mike Newell’s
Mariners already, but
North insists they were the victims after a 2-1 home reverse against
Rotherham.
"The lads feel really hard done by," North told the Grimsby Telegraph.
"Two really poor decisions have lost us the game.
"We also had two goals disallowed. But we can take heart from the performance and we need to push on – and getting points on the board at
Bury is the best way to do that.
"We knew we had to go out all guns blazing and prove to everyone, as well as ourselves, that we put in a performance.
"Our reaction is one of massive disappointment, particularly after we've shown that we can put in such a good performance."
