Thirty seven thousand men are affected by testicular and prostate cancer in the UK each year

Everyman is really pleased that The FA has chosen us and our Keep Your Eye on the Ball campaign as one of their official charity partners for what will surely be another successful year in 2009.

The Keep Your Eye on the Ball campaign was launched in 2000, in association with The FA and The PFA, targeting the football community to raise awareness of male cancers, and funds towards Everyman’s vital research.

With a modern new look for the campaign in 2009, there are also lots of exciting plans including a new awareness advert starring the legendary Teddy Sheringham to be shown at football grounds across the UK and our first ever SMS text to win competition where you could win one of FIVE signed England football shirts! To get involved all you have to do is answer this question:

Thirty seven thousand men are affected by testicular and prostate cancer in the UK each year.  Which stadium’s capacity is closest to this figure?

A: Wembley?
B: White Hart Lane?
C: Kenilworth Road?

Text 'Everyman A' or 'Everyman B' or 'Everyman C' to 60300 for your chance to win!
Competition is open from 28th March – 12pm 30/04/09. For terms and conditions see below.

There are lots of other exciting activities planned for the year ahead including a football match featuring some renowned ex-players and testicular cancer survivors, with The FA’s busiest referee, Peter Walton, in place to keep them all in line.

You can also join professional footballers and Everyman supporters alike in our ‘men only’ Keep Your Eye on the Ball 5k or 10k run later this year. Dig out your shorts and trainers on Sunday 7 June and join us in Victoria Park, London, to represent your chosen team in the battle of the season!

Details for all our fantastic activities and events are on our website: www.keepyoureyeontheball.org
