The Premier League and Football League fixtures will be released later this morning at 10am.

Manchester United will be eager to find out who they face in their Premier League opener, which takes place over the weekend of the 15/16 August.

The Football League will kick-off a week earlier, and Newcastle are awaiting news of trips to clubs such as Scunthorpe United and Peterborough.

League One will be extremely competitive this year, with six or seven legitimate challengers for the title itself. All will be looking to the fixtures to see when and where they meet each other in the chase for promotion.

A much harder division to call is League Two, although the team to look out for must be Burton Albion, who are set to compete in the Football League for the first time. A mention also for Torquay, who gained promotion from the Blue Square Premier last season as well.

Be sure to get the fixtures here first at 10am on Givemefootball.
