Former England star takes centre stage in a five-a-side tournament

The winning team was Mail Online whose star performer was the former Manchester United and England midfielder Neil Webb

Earlier this month, the PFA had 12 ex-players taking part in a media 5-a-side tournament at the Power League centre at the London Old Street branch.

This was part of the launch of the new Football Pools and teams that took part were:- Sun Online, Sport.co.uk, Daily Express, Football Punk, Mail Online, Shortlist, Front, Talksport Magazine and Talksport Radio.

Players that took part were:- Chris Whyte, Clive Allen, Clive Walker, Gary Chivers, Jason Cundy, Neil Webb, Nigel Winterburn, Paul Allen, Ray Parlour, Steve Potts, Steve Sedgley and Stuart Slater.

The winning team was Mail Online whose star performer was the former Manchester United and England midfielder Neil Webb (see pic).
