Adel Taarabt is a creative attacking midfield player who joined Tottenham Hotspur from RC Lens in 2007.
He went on to make his senior debut for Spurs at the age of 17 and has impressed fans with his performances when called upon, although he has yet to establish himself fully in the squad.
Adel enjoyed a successful loan spell with Queen's Park Rangers in the closing stages of the 2008-09 campaign and returned to Loftus Road this term in a season-long arrangement. Used both in midfield and as a striker, Adel produced some fine performances for Rangers in the opening half of 2009-10 and scored a number of spectacular goals, the best being a superb individual effort in the 4-0 win over Preston in October.
Adel represented France at youth international level before switching his allegiance to Morocco, for whom he won his first full cap against the Czech Republic in February 2009.
