Aron Gunnarsson is a young midfield player for Coventry City. Signed during the summer of 2008, he enjoyed an excellent first season with the Sky Blues, rarely missing a first-team match and finishing off by winning the club’s Player of the Season award.
An all-action central midfielder, Aron possesses a very effective long throw which can be a potent attacking weapon. He has established himself as a regular at international level for Iceland since arriving at the Ricoh Stadium and won his 14th cap against Norway at the beginning of September.
