Danny Hall is a defender who signed for Chesterfield in August 2008 after previously playing in the SPL for Gretna.
Danny is a tall centre back who is strong in the air and has the ability to read the game well. He finished his first season with the Spireites as a regular in the starting line-up but has had few chances in 2009-10.
Danny had to wait until October to get into the line-up. He replaced the suspended Rob Page and scored the opening goal in the 5-2 win over Burton. Danny played the next two games before Page returned.
He was later loaned to League Two rivals Darlington.
