Gavin McCann is an experienced midfielder who currently plays for Bolton Wanderers.
Combative and tenacious, he is a hard worker and strong in the tackle. Gavin has made over 350 senior appearances in a career that began back in 1995 and has one full England cap after featuring as a substitute against Spain in 2001, in what was Sven-Goran Eriksson’s first game in charge.
Gavin remains a key figure in midfield for Wanderers, although he has been in and out of the line-up in the opening weeks of the 2009-10 campaign.
