Kevin Phillips is an experienced striker for Birmingham City. Signed during the 2008 close season, he finished as the club’s leading scorer with 14 Championship goals last term, but as mostly been used as a substitute in the opening weeks of the 2009-10 campaign.
His only Premiership goal for Blues to date came in the 2-1 home defeat by Bolton at the end of September.
A natural finisher with predatory instincts, Kevin has enjoyed a reputation as a goalscorer throughout his career and has now netted over 200 senior goals at a rate of around one every two games.
