Mark Crossley is a vastly experienced goalkeeper who joined Chesterfield in the summer of 2009 as player-coach.
Mark's main involvement is on the coaching side but he also acts as back-up for regular keeper Tommy Lee. Mark was in the starting line-up for the opening game of the season but was subsequently on the bench before being brought back into the team in December.
He has made over 400 senior appearances during a lengthy career in which he was capped eight times by Wales.
Mark combined playing with coaching at his previous club Oldham and moved on to Saltergate to link up again with his former boss John Sheridan.
