Peter Sweeney is a central midfield playmaker who made a permanent move to Grimsby Town in the summer of 2009 after a successful loan spell with the Mariners last season.
Peter is good on the ball and is also strong in the tackle making him a key player for Town. As well as creating chances in open play he is also heavily involved at set-pieces.
Peter, who was capped by Scotland at U21 and B levels, began his career at Millwall.
