The 21-year-old scored twice for his country at the recent Africa Cup of Nations, before a quarter-final exit at the hands of Ghana.
Arsene Wenger was seen at the tournament, with reports suggesting he was keeping an eye on Mskani, who has scored four goals in his last five games for club ES Tunis.
French champions Lille have also registered an interest, and are ready to rival the Gunners for his signature at the end of the season.
