Barcelona on Wednesday confirmed they have reached an agreement to sign Chelsea striker Eidur Gudjohnsen, subject to a medical.
Gudjohnsen has negotiated a four-year deal with the Spanish champions after being granted permission to discuss a move to the Nou Camp by Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.
Financial terms have not been released by either club but Spanish reports suggest the fee is in the region of £8.2million.
