Middlesbrough on Wednesday confirmed they have sealed the signing of Arsenal striker Jeremie Aliadiere on a four-year contract for an initial £2million.
The 24-year-old agreed a the deal after undergoing a medical on Teesside and will officially become a Boro player on July 1.
Arsenal will receive an initial £2million for the Rambouillet-born frontman, who becomes manager Gareth Southgate´s second summer signing following Jonathan Woodgate´s £7million arrival from Real Madrid.
