Wigan defender Emmerson Boyce faces several weeks on the sidelines after breaking two ribs in Saturday´s victory at Manchester City.Boyce had recently formed a solid centre-back partnership with captain Matt Jackson, helping the Latics to move away from the relegation zone with 10 points from the last five games, but looks set to miss at least the next two matches."It´s a shame for Boycey, who has been magnificent this season," said manager Paul Jewell. "But he´s the sort of lad who will come back at the earliest possible opportunity, I´m confident of that."
