Cagliari have denied negotiations have taken place with Liverpool over the transfer of Pasquale Foggia to the Premier League club.The 24-year-old attacking midfielder has been linked with a move to several English sides, with Liverpool thought to be keen to acquire his services, however, the Serie A outfit have brushed aside those rumours.In a statement the club said: "Cagliari Calcio denies any negotiation with English club Liverpool for Pasquale Foggia. The reports of a possible transfer are pure speculation from the English tabloids."
