Petr Cech has admitted he should have stopped Wigan's equaliser in Chelsea's costly 1-1 draw at the DW Stadium.
The Blues were headed for victory in Saturday's Barclays Premier League game before Cech fumbled Hugo Rodallega's 88th-minute shot, allowing Jordi Gomez to snatch a share of the spoils. The draw saw Chelsea fail to follow up Monday night's vital win over Manchester City with another three points.
Goalkeeper Cech told his official website, www.petr-cech.com: "At the moment of the shot I didn't see the ball at all."
