Joe Cole has dedicated his England match-winning effort at Anfield to Peter Osgood.Cole was stunned to learn of the Chelsea legend´s death just hours before Wednesday night´s encounter with Uruguay and is still struggling to take in the sad news. A minute´s silence was held in combined tribute to Osgood and former England coach Ron Greenwood prior to the game, which England won through Cole´s injury-time strike.And Cole said: "It is a sad day, not just for Chelsea but the whole of football. I would like to dedicate my goal to Peter and his family."
