West Ham chairman Eggert Magnusson has backed manager Alan Curbishley "100%" after the Hammers´ season hit a new low on Sunday.The Upton Park club are bottom of the Premiership and 10 points from safety following the defeat by Tottenham. But, while Curbishley is under intense pressure despite having only taken over from Alan Pardew this season, Icelander Magnusson insists the former Charlton manager´s job is safe."I want everyone to know that Alan Curbishley remains the man who we will build our future success on," Magnusson said.
