Everton midfielder Royston Drenthe believes Leighton Baines is one of the world's best left-backs and expects his partnership with the England international will only go from strength to strength.
The on-loan Real Madrid star has been used on both flanks since his arrival in August but he feels at his best in front of Baines.
"At the moment I am playing with one of the best left-backs in the world. Leighton has really good qualities," said the Dutchman. "We had a good relationship right from the beginning and that is really important. He can understand me and I can understand him - I am really happy to play with someone like that."
