Champions Chelsea have received three awards from Premiership sponsors Barclays.Midfielder Frank Lampard has received the player of the year accolade while Jose Mourinho´s won the manager category.Goalkeeper Petr Cech claimed the Golden Glove award after keeping the most clean sheets.
