They start getting authority, timing, calmness, all those various parts."That applies to Wayne and applies to all young players. The problem with any young player is when we're talking about potential."Ferguson continued by talking of the growing maturity Rooney is showing for club and country. The Manchester United boss also dismissed the idea of the young striker becoming a future England captain, although the Scotsman's reasoning was more to do with positional influence that personal traits."I think he's just growing older, that's the best way to get maturity. The boy hasn't lost the parts that make him a great player, and that's important," said Ferguson."I always think centre forwards are very difficult to be captains. Normally your looking at midfield players and defenders.
