Blackburn keeper Brad Friedel has praised Aston Villa counterpart Scott Carson for overcoming his England nightmare and believes he will be a strong challenger for the number one shirt under new manager Fabio Capello.Carson´s blunder on his competitive international debut handed Croatia their opening goal in a 3-2 win at Wembley which eliminated England from Euro 2008 but Friedel believes Carson´s reaction will earn him a place in Fabio Capello´s first squad to face Switzerland."Scott is a good keeper.
