Fulham have signed former France centre-back Philippe Christanval on a three-year deal.Out-of-contract Christanval, who spent two weeks on trial at Arsenal over the summer, arrives on a free and could be available for Saturday´s Barclays Premiership clash at Newcastle."I´m happy to join Fulham and to play in the Premier League where each match is played at an exciting high tempo," he said.
