Aston Villa stole the show during the latest weekend Premier League fixtures, producing a five-star performance to smash Bolton Wanderers and move up to fifth in the table.Sticking with the theme of five, the
Villains are extremely well represented in the Givemefootball.com team of the week with, you guessed it, five players making the grade.Four of them start, with Stephen Warnock at full back, Ashley Young and James Milner on both flanks and John Carew up-front. Carlos Cuellar also makes it to the bench after Martin O'Neill's side looked simply brilliant against the Trotters. The big weekend fixture between Chelsea and Manchester United didn't quite live up to the 'Super Sunday' billing, but John Terry scored the crucial goal to go with a vital clean sheet, and earns his spot at the back of the side.Ryan Nelsen joins him after the big defender scored in the comeback victory for Blackburn Rovers. The massive win came largely thanks to Jason Roberts, who came off the bench to bag a brace and turn the game. He starts in our side.Tom Huddlestone represents Spurs after the towering midfielder produced an excellent all-round display. His defensive work was matched by a wonderful strike that secured the win for Spurs, although Heurelho Gomes makes the bench for a string of saves including a crucial penalty stop. Robbie Keane also makes it to the bench after opening the scoring at the Lane.Mark Schwarzer and Emerson Boyce both start after featuring in the 1-1 draw between Wigan and Fulham. Boyce scored for the Latics, while Schwarzer was inspired for the Cottagers.Cesc Fabregas completes the starting line-up as the Gunners scored four against Wolves. The PFA Fans' Player of the Month for October continued his fine form and dictated the game from the start. His goal was a bonus, set-up by Robin van Persie who makes it to the bench.Jimmy Bullard and Matthew Etherington also make the bench as the Tigers took victory at the KC Stadium. Stoke winger Etherington gets better every week and deserved his goal, while Bullard was back with a bang in the heart of the Tigers midfield.Last but not least is Burnley defender Gary Alexander. The reliable captain saw three goals go in against his side, but scored from the penalty spot as the Clarets earned a point at Eastlands. If a game goes to penalties, you need the reliable skipper at your service.
