Midfielder Dan Gosling has completed his move from Everton to Newcastle.
The 20-year-old has signed a four-year deal after the Magpies stepped in to exploit a loophole in his contractual situation at St James' Park.
Gosling is currently recovering from a serious knee injury and is unlikely to be available to his new club for several months.
