Hull boss Phil Brown believes Bristol City counterpart Gary Johnson should be regarded as the best manager in the Coca-Cola Championship this season.Brown and Johnson go head-to-head in the play-off final at Wembley on Saturday and the Hull manager is full of praise for his rival who will have masterminded back-to-back promotions should he emerge victorious."What Gary Johnson has done this season has been fantastic," said Brown. "For me, he is the manager of the season for the Championship."
