Tottenham coach Martin Jol believes the rest of the Barclays Premiership are wasting their time trying to wrest the title from Chelsea.The Dutch coach is adamant Jose Mourinho´s men will be champions for the next two years at least."I don´t think there are a lot of clubs with better quality players (than Tottenham) but I think Chelsea are even stronger now and so for the next couple of years they will be the champions of England."
