Martin Jol believes fellow Dutchman Guus Hiddink is the best qualified candidate to take over as England boss.Even though the current manager of PSV Eindhoven and Australia has all but ruled himself out of the race by claiming he would not break his contract with PSV and would only want to do the England job part-time, the Tottenham boss believes Hiddink has the right credentials.Speaking on BBC Five Live´s Sportsweek programme, Jol said: "Guus in terms of his CV he is the best candidate for the job, there is not another coach who is so successful and with so much experience."
