Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea will be alerted with the news that Juventus striker Amauri is set to be transfer listed.

The Brazilian-born Italian has been in decent form for the Bianconeri since his move from Palermo in the summer of 2008, repaying the €22.4 million transfer fee with sixteen league goals in a season and a half, although only four have come this term.

Never capped internationally, in part down to a dispute over which country to represent, Amauri was linked with a handful of clubs before his Serie A switch last year.

Now, Sportmediaset.it reports that Juventus are ready to offload the striker in a bid to raise some cash for Sampdoria forward Giampaulo Pazzini.

The Old Lady will look to recover a large amount of the money spent on Amauri, although a fee in the region of £15 million is seen as unlikely.

The pressure is rising on boss Ciro Ferrara after Juventus crashed out of the Champions League at the group stages, with a loss to German side Bayern Munich on Tuesday night confining them to the Europa League. Changes are thought to be needed at the Stadio Olimpico, and the former Chievo striker could be one of the players to go.News from the Italian media will have filtered through to the top clubs in europe, and the Premier League elite are sure to be keeping tabs on the striker. If, as expected, he becomes available in January, a bidding war could ensue.
