Newcastle will have to launch any appeal against Kieron Dyer´s dismissal for fighting with Lee Bowyer by noon today.Manager Graeme Souness, who along with the two players was due to meet chairman Freddy Shepherd this morning, indicated in the immediate aftermath of the incident that the club would consider appealing on the grounds that the former Ipswich player did not throw a punch.Football Association rules allow them until noon today to give notice of their intention to appeal and 24 hours further to submit their case.
