Glenn Roeder will be unveiled as Newcastle´s new manager on Tuesday morning.The move will be confirmed after chairman Freddy Shepherd won his battle for dispensation to appoint him without the UEFA Pro Licence qualification usually required to manage in the Barclays Premiership.Roeder earned a permanent role at St James´ Park by claiming 32 points from a possible 45 after being asked to take over temporarily from the sacked Graeme Souness.
