Aston Villa midfielder Gavin McCann could turn out for the reserves at his former club Sunderland on Wednesday as he nears a playing comeback.Villa manager David O´Leary said McCann had "an outside chance" of being able to play against the Black Cats.McCann has been ruled out of action for the past three months because of a knee problem which has dogged him for the majority of the season.
