Aston Villa manager David O´Leary has suffered another injury setback with key midfielder Gavin McCann ruled out of action for around six weeks.The former Sunderland player is to undergo a cartilage operation after sustaining the injury during Saturday´s FA Cup third-round exit at Sheffield United.O´Leary, who already has one of the smallest squads in the Barclays Premiership, said: "Losing Gavin is a big blow, because he has been such a key player since he came here 18 months ago."
