Sunderland boss Mick McCarthy believes his side were knocked out of the Carling Cup by an Arsenal second-string side containing the "best young talent around".Gunners boss Arsene Wenger chose to field his youngsters at the Stadium of Light, although they were skippered by England centre-back Sol Campbell, and the visitors ran out 3-0 winners.McCarthy admitted: "It would have been lovely to put a show on but I don´t think it would have happened against them. That is not an ordinary set of reserves, they´ve got the best young talent around that I´ve seen."
