Skipper Olof Mellberg believes Aston Villa have been spot-on with the nature of their pre-season preparations.Villa´s build-up has tended to revolve around trips to Mellberg´s native country Sweden in recent seasons but they head off on Friday for a more demanding nine-day trip to Germany and Holland which will see them do battle with Hanover, NEC Nijmegen and Groningen before the Premiership opener against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium August 19."We have gone to Sweden in the last few years but the games have not really tested us enough," said Mellberg, 28. "It does not really help to beat teams by 10 goals. It is not enough of a test for us and this summer we have better games to play."
