Manchester United reserve team boss Rene Meulensteen has quit Old Trafford to take the manager´s job at Danish club Brondby.Meulensteen only joined United in mid-season following the departure of Ricky Sbragia to Bolton but succeeded in guiding the Red Devils´ second string to a hat-trick of trophies, including the overall FA Premier Reserve League crown.The 40-year-old´s work attracted the attention of Brondby, who have now confirmed his appointed on a three-year contract to replace Michael Laudrup.
