Aston Villa have missed out on a place in next season´s UEFA Cup following the Fair Play draw.Martin O´Neill´s side had the second best disciplinary record in the Barclays Premiership and were hoping to be rewarded with a place in the first qualifying round for next season´s UEFA Cup.Tottenham, who had a better record in England, qualified through their fifth-place league finish for the UEFA Cup.
