Senegal midfielder Papa Bouba Diop has joined Portsmouth from Fulham.The 29-year-old, whose career at Fulham was dogged by injuries in recent years, has signed a three-year contract at Fratton Park.Portsmouth have not disclosed the fee they have paid for the midfielder.
