Carlos Queiroz has claimed English soccer will never punch its weight in Europe until it introduces a winter break.The Manchester United assistant manager is still coming to terms with the Red Devils´ Champions League exit in Milan this week, the second season in succession United have tumbled out before the quarter-final stage.And he insists there is a direct link between the Premiership´s lack of success and the absence of a winter break. "Everybody agrees that the players need a break during the winter," he said.
