Torres to Reds´ rescue

By PA Sport  October 07, 2007
Fernando Torres scored an injury-time equaliser to rob Spurs of their first win at Anfield since 1993 and salvage a 2-2 draw for the Reds.

Liverpool were ahead early on through Andriy Voronin, who punished another mistake by England goalkeeper Paul Robinson.

But Robbie Keane equalised a minute from the break and then put Spurs ahead two minutes after half time. Liverpool toiled for at least a share of the points, and Torres came up trumps with his seventh goal of the season.
